why did this get moved to the penalty box?

So it was moved for no reason. 
Probably by accident and nothing can be done to move it back to its proper spot?

2 are from 2012 1 in the penalty box 1 in the golf forum (shorter one)
2 are from 2014 1 in the penalty box and 1 in the golf forum
