WHERE DO I PLACE MY BET?

Covers Mods:    In July, I asked the question, on how I  place my bets, the  various Covers general contest for each sport. It was    stated to me that this feature is no longer available. However, when  I check the threads, I see posters with either the neutral, blue, or black RSI stars. So contrary to what I was apparently misinformed, Covers must still be running these contests, or why the RSI star format, as in previous years? So where do I make my selections for the various contests? Please clairify.
