Video ads screwing up my page

I'm having an issue the last 48 hrs with some of your video ads messing up my page, the video plays and then keeps yanking my page back to it, I end up being unable to scroll and need to reload the page, often more than once. Annoying to say the least. 

try installing Adblock Plus >>> https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/26171/safari-adblock

I use a Windows 7 PC with Mozilla Firefox browser and it blocks all Covers "popup" ads
