The 1 minute post rule slows him down quite a bit, but is there still no more permanent way of getting rid of this pest? He keeps coming back, singles out posters and posts extremely vulgar content about individuals. In Canada this kind of cyber stalking is a crime. That cretin should be prosecuted.
