I agree with Mozart, at least an explanation and some transparency would help, the guy started something good and much needed and he is new here, so if he committed some violation simply speak with him resolve it and move on, there must be a better way than this bogus method, thanks for your time

Just a daily thread with people posting their strongest plays, and the OP is going to track the results. Good thread for sharing info and expertise on certain games/teams/leagues.
Was it the "L" word that did it? I know that word is frowned upon, but it's clear in thread that everyone knows there is no such thing.
Anyway, I think it's a great idea and so far has been met with positivity by most posters.
Maybe there is a middle ground?

wow very disappointing to see that thread moved to the box.
CT - why is this thread moved to the box? There is no touting going on and USC is just creating a thread for everyone to provide their best plays with write-ups to help the community out instead of a million individual threads with bull sh1t record. This provides accountability and a place to bounce ideas off one another.
Please move this back to CBB or at least provide an explanation on what rules are being violated here? Absolutely ridiculous

Thank you! I am not "up to anything" and, while I am new here, I have been running a huge thread for years elsewhere. I maybe 't understand the Covers rules yet, but my intentions are merely to create a thread where people can help each other out. Ok, so I have spoken to the mods and the reasoning is exactly what you guys suspected. Using the word "Lock" is a very touchy subject, and we try to keep users from using it to avoid provoking users to bump.
The thread itself seems harmless and appears to be a positive environment for the users. You may post in the CBB forum, please refrain from using the word at all and you should have no issues.

Although it may seem like a minor thing. We do deal with users who are 100% new to sports betting, and people do sometimes take these terms literally.
Truth of the matter is, there is no such thing as a lock and we all know that, but some people do not.
