I know you guys must be swamped the last few days since the changes on the site, but I am still getting the thing where 1/3 of the screen is black, and everything else is a mess. I read a few days ago something about resetting that was supposed to work but it doesn't work for me. I am on a chromebook. Not trying to give you a hard time but its been a few days of this and I'm wondering if there is something i need to do for it to return to normal. Please let me know

Would mind trying something for us?

When you are are on page that is giving you trouble, could you please hold the 'ctrl' button on your keyboard and then press f5 to see if it helps?

(CTRL + F5)

i don't have an f5 button on my keyboard. I am using a chromebook. Any other suggestions?

CTRL+F5 is the same as clearing all your browser cookies & cache, and website form data.

If you are able to do this manually within your browser settings, and then refresh your page, Covers should revert back to normal for you.
