problem with PM's and post in articles

I am signed in and can post in forum threads BUT in a Covers article it says "you must be signed in". when I click on the icon i get some WEIRD Facebook BS. when I try to send a PM THAT system does NOT come up. WHAT the HELL ???

If you are referring to the Covers articles on the home page. You may only post comments on them through Facebook at this time.

oh very well BUT when I pull up the PM page I get my in box but NO way to SEND a PM

You can still click 'New PM' on the left hand side of your inbox to send a private message.

OK, got it. that line NOT very well marked. you might consider separating  new PM save marked delete marked delete all with spacing as in  new PM   save marked   delete marked   delete all

PM's still all messed up

all jumbled together and u cant see delete or new pm when on cell phone
