I JUST SENT A PM TO SOMEONE ON MY FRIENDS LIST AND IT IS NOT SHOWING UP IN MY FOLDER

Hello,

Did you receive an error message that the mail was not sent? If not, have you received a reply from the user confirming that the message was sent?

NO CONFIRMATION OR ERROR MESSAGE...I HIT SEND AND IT SENT ME BACK TO MY INBOX, BUT NOTHING SHOWS UP AS A SENT MESSAGE.

Okay, can you try sending a PM to Covers-Team to see if it displays in your sent folder?

OK THE MESSAGES SHOW UP IN "SENT ITEMS" I THOUGHT THEY SHOWED IN "INBOX" AS WELL

Yes, only incoming messages will appear in your 'Inbox'. All outgoing messages will appear in the 'Sent' folder. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

my problem is NOT being able to "copy&paste" text into the Message Box. sometimes works, most times does NOT

Hello,

When it comes to copy and paste, sometimes there may be HTML issues, I would suggest copying the text to notepad first, then paste to the forums. Also, you may be exceeding the character limit.

have tried that. sometimes works, usually not. what I am trying to copy&paste is usually just a web address and should not exceed the character limit.

Try typing out the address opposed to copy and paste, assuming its not too long.
