Pop ups and ads

Is there any way to turn off all the pop ups and ads?  Covers didn't used to be this way.  I can barely cap a game with all the internal site ads popping up that I have to close out.  I prefer the format here as opposed to other site but it's not a quick task looking through game matchups anymore.  Pop ups are blocked on my search engine, so these are not outside ads.  It's promotianal stuff for Cover Experts.
