Why is this so difficult to rectify the problem but at least address the issue? Are you guys getting paid by the books now to screw people over by bad info costing your members to lose money? At this point I can't see any other answer why it's taking so long. Over a month for MLB and over a year for CFL

You guys aren't answering, an email to Covers is not being answered. Makes me wonder more and more if you guys are in cahoots with the books to rob money from your clients by providing bad info. Covers already ruined SBR when they took it over, it was the best site for odds. You could set the book you want for opening lines and most importantly it was all on the same page, you didn't have to click on multiple changes to see the odds. People could get through the whole card in seconds but now when the info is correct here it takes alot more time by having to click on a bunch of different things.

We are now officially into football season and even though Pinnacle has had their College Football lines out for a few days now, Covers doesn't have them. Also noticed a few other of the books have lines out but again Covers don't have them either. Can we please get this fixed, you guys have hurt the CFL for 2 seasons now, MLB for over a month and now CFB. NFL lines are at least there for week 1 because the lines came out before the shit hit the fan in middle to late June. Why is this not a priority for you guys, and why you cannot inform your members of what the heck is going on?

My bad, Week 1 of the NFL is there because the lines came out when you guys were still actually working, but I just took a look at the HOF game and there is no line for that game from Pinnacle, even though Pinny has had that line out for over a week now. What the hell is wrong with this site? We are getting into football season and you guys are not doing a damn thing to fix this problem or at least tell people why it is taking so damn long to fix this issue. You are now going to cost people money for football season, hell with your own members it doesn't seem to matter to Covers anymore.

Unfortunately, I have yet to get a definitive response for what exactly is the issue/fix coming for this. I will continue to push for this issue to be address until a fix is in place. The last I heard there was an issue with the feed from our provider and that they have been reached out to. I realize this is extremely frustrating and I have stressed this to the team.

Is there any update? Week 1 of NFL preseason is next week and those lines will be coming out in the next couple of days. We need accurate opening lines

After doing some digging I just realized that the lines you guys are posting as Pinnacle lines are in fact lines from Fanduel. If you go through todays lines in MLB or lines in the CFL you will see every line is exactly the same with Fanduel and Pinnacle. Can we get this problem sorted out now you know what is happening and have the proper lines for Pinnacle being posted? I go back to when this problem started in MLB it started with putting Pinnacle at the bottom of the drop down menu where it was a little bit higher before that and had the proper lines.

I have been informed they are actively working on the Pinnacle/FanDuel issue. CFL and NCAAF missing in the drop down menu is being looked into as well.

Well "Knock on Wood" it seems like the problem has been fixed for MLB and the NFL which is great. Now if we could fix the problem with the CFL and College Football that would be perfect. Not sure where these lines are being pulled from, they don't seem to be getting pulled from FanDuel anymore but they are nowhere close to matching Pinnacle lines, so hopefully they can get this fixed really quickly as it seems like your team now knows how to rectify the problem. Yes you are correct. They are showing but they are not accurate lines and i can't figure out where these lines are being pulled from. MLB and NFL seem to be working fine right now so this shouldn't take anytime to fix the CFL and NCAAF lines.
