Any updates?

Why is this so difficult to rectify the problem but at least address the issue? Are you guys getting paid by the books now to screw people over by bad info costing your members to lose money? At this point I can't see any other answer why it's taking so long. Over a month for MLB and over a year for CFL

You guys aren't answering, an email to Covers is not being answered. Makes me wonder more and more if you guys are in cahoots with the books to rob money from your clients by providing bad info. Covers already ruined SBR when they took it over, it was the best site for odds. You could set the book you want for opening lines and most importantly it was all on the same page, you didn't have to click on multiple changes to see the odds. People could get through the whole card in seconds but now when the info is correct here it takes alot more time by having to click on a bunch of different things.

We are now officially into football season and even though Pinnacle has had their College Football lines out for a few days now, Covers doesn't have them. Also noticed a few other of the books have lines out but again Covers don't have them either. Can we please get this fixed, you guys have hurt the CFL for 2 seasons now, MLB for over a month and now CFB. NFL lines are at least there for week 1 because the lines came out before the shit hit the fan in middle to late June. Why is this not a priority for you guys, and why you cannot inform your members of what the heck is going on?

My bad, Week 1 of the NFL is there because the lines came out when you guys were still actually working, but I just took a look at the HOF game and there is no line for that game from Pinnacle, even though Pinny has had that line out for over a week now. What the hell is wrong with this site? We are getting into football season and you guys are not doing a damn thing to fix this problem or at least tell people why it is taking so damn long to fix this issue. You are now going to cost people money for football season, hell with your own members it doesn't seem to matter to Covers anymore.

Unfortunately, I have yet to get a definitive response for what exactly is the issue/fix coming for this. I will continue to push for this issue to be address until a fix is in place. The last I heard there was an issue with the feed from our provider and that they have been reached out to. I realize this is extremely frustrating and I have stressed this to the team.

Is there any update? Week 1 of NFL preseason is next week and those lines will be coming out in the next couple of days. We need accurate opening lines

After doing some digging I just realized that the lines you guys are posting as Pinnacle lines are in fact lines from Fanduel. If you go through todays lines in MLB or lines in the CFL you will see every line is exactly the same with Fanduel and Pinnacle. Can we get this problem sorted out now you know what is happening and have the proper lines for Pinnacle being posted? I go back to when this problem started in MLB it started with putting Pinnacle at the bottom of the drop down menu where it was a little bit higher before that and had the proper lines.

I have been informed they are actively working on the Pinnacle/FanDuel issue. CFL and NCAAF missing in the drop down menu is being looked into as well.

Well "Knock on Wood" it seems like the problem has been fixed for MLB and the NFL which is great. Now if we could fix the problem with the CFL and College Football that would be perfect. Not sure where these lines are being pulled from, they don't seem to be getting pulled from FanDuel anymore but they are nowhere close to matching Pinnacle lines, so hopefully they can get this fixed really quickly as it seems like your team now knows how to rectify the problem. Will bug them about this one this week. The CFL and NCAAF lines are showing, just believed to be incorrect?

Yes you are correct. They are showing but they are not accurate lines and i can't figure out where these lines are being pulled from. MLB and NFL seem to be working fine right now so this shouldn't take anytime to fix the CFL and NCAAF lines.

Again there is still a problem with the Pinnacle lines for College Football and the CFL. Some of the lines are correct, but the rest are not correct. Can you please ask the tech team to get this issue rectified right away. Its football season and the lines MUST be correct.

I posted the problem again with the CFL and NCAA Football 5 days ago and the problem once again hasn't been rectified. For the love of god, we are in football season and this hasn't been completely fixed yet. How can you guys do this to your members not having accurate lines to trust?

I have brought this up again to the team to fix. If the lines are incorrect for Pinnacle in CFL and NCAAF they will have them corrected.

Current Covers Lines BC/Montreal: 61.5 u-111

There are others that are off in both NCAAF and CFL

This shouldn't be taking this long to rectify this issue, especially when it seems to be rectified in the NFL and MLB lines. Also, let your team know when you go to the Odds page for NCAAF and click on a game line movement, some of these lines take forever to load. Doesn't seem to be happening in any of the other sports except for NCAAF. This is also an issue if you go to the scores page and hit the line movement for that game. A couple of the games from last night took a minute or two to open up the line movement link.

This is from our team and odds provider, "The lines are correct, unfortunately not every book tells us what line they're showing on screen, so we have logic to determine the most symmetrical line for each book (our main). Very often this is the sportsbooks main line but sometimes they'll have "alts" at more symmetric prices, so we consider those the main in our system.". There does not currently seem to be any issues with the lines we are receiving from the sportsbook. It just not be exactly what you are seeing on site, due to the information we get from them.

Flynt, I know you are the middle man in all of this but what you are being fed is BS. These problems have been solved in MLB and the NFL lines but for the other 2 football leagues it has not been fixed. Explain to me how the NFL lines can be correct but the other 2 football leagues CFB and CFL there are still many of the lines are off? I am starting to believe that this site is getting kick backs from some of the books such as Pinnacle to pass off incorrect lines and information to cost members here money. If the NFL lines were off then I might understand the excuse you were given, but they are not. Tell your team whatever they did to get the correctlines for the NFL and MLB and do it with the CFB and CFL. This site for years has been a great site for information, but now I see the same issues coming up time after time.

Every change here and at SBR and Odds Shark don't seem to benefit your members but take away information and the benefits of those 2 sites. Ex. with SBR you use to their odds page and you could have the opening line of the book you want and then all of the lines were right there. You could go through a baseball day and see all of the lines in 2 minutes. Now that is gone and here at Covers you need to open up each game line and it takes so much longer.

Please talk to your tech team and get this problem fixed. I was very happy when the problem was taken care of for MLB and the NFL and now I am so dissappointed that these incorrect lines could be costing your members their hard earned money.

Now the problem is back with the NFL lines as well. I watched yesterday how many games Covers did not have the correct Pinnacle line including tonights line where the correct Pinnacle line is KC -2 and Covers has it as KC -2.5.

Then last night because i saw so many line errors I decided to literally watch all the opening lines from Pinnacle and then matched it to Covers and almost 50% of the games Covers had either the side number wrong, or the total number wrong.

This is very dissapointing that this problem is now happening again with the NFL. So that is now all 3 football leagues the NFL, NCAAF and the CFL. This is not acceptable and should be a huge priority to fix this issue. As of now it looks like the MLB lines are staying correct but you know as well as I do the amount of money spent on the NFL and NCAAF is huge compared to MLB. This shouldn't be happening for this site. For years and years and years this was never an issue and now it gets brought up to you guys and nothing changes. This time I cannot figure out which book these lines are being pulled from.

Please put pressure on your team, and have them compare other books lines because I am not sure if this is simply a Pinnacle issue or other books as well. Again you guys are supposed to help your members, not hurt them with bogus information and lines.

Again, I know you are just a middle man. I would highly suggest you have your tech team answer these questions not only for this issue, but I see other major tech issues that just keep happening over and over and over again.

Pinnacle opened up 5 games today and 4 of the 5 opening lines Covers has wrong and 1 or 2 of the opening totals lines Covers has wrong. All 5 of these games Pinnacle opened up today and which one Covers has correct

Carolina/Atlanta NOT CORRECT

Minnesota/Chicago correct opening lines

Seattle/Arizona NOT CORRECT

Washington/Dallas NOT CORRECT

NYGiants/LA Rams NOT CORRECT

For the love of god get this problem rectified, these issues could be costing alot of your members their hard earned money. Or if you guys are getting a kickback from the books for posting bogus lines and information just come out and say that to your members. I have been here for over 25 years and never saw these type of problems.

When I hear from or team regarding this issue, I will let you know what they say or one of them will respond.

Flynt, once again what you are being fed is complete BS. Many of the closing lines from NCAA and NFL (I have given up even mentioning CFL, I just don't think you guys give a damn about CFL) and many of the opening lines for both NCAAF and the NFL are off. This is costing people money alot of money by not having accurate information. If the story you are being told was correct, we would see the same problems with MLB but we don't, the opening and closing lines are coming out correct. Your last response was 6 days ago, I don't see how it takes this long to solvve the problem if your team cares about fixing it or at least one of your tech team coming on here and dealing with this instead of having you be stuck in the middle of this BS that they are feeding you. Pitiful going into Week 3 of the NFL and Week 4 of CFB and this problem hasn't been fixed yet (CFL problem been there since July of 2025, over a year ago). 

Been away for a while and just looked, same BS as before with the opening and closing lines on some of the football games. Also I asked to have one of your tech team to answer this and not have you Flynt feeding BS to people but still nothing from anyone in the tech department. Flynt please ask them to answer this themselves instead of you parroting BS from them
