Pinnacle Lines

Pinnacle lines not updating since 2045am. Can we please get this fixed ASAP. Not sure about other books. This problem needs to be fixed 

The team is aware and are working on getting the lines up to date.

Pinnacle lines not moving since 1045am. Can we please get this fixed ASAP as tomorrow's opening lines will be coming out soon

Any reason why there are no CFL lines showing? I know Pinnacle, 365 and The Score all have lines posted. I hope we are not going have the same problem with CFL lines this year like we did last year.

The team is aware of the missing odds for CFL and are looking into it.

Once again we are seeing problems with the CFL lines but this time its just not Pinnacle lines not being there but I see a few books that the page don't have.

This has been going on since last year, why is it so hard to fix this once and for all? This shouldn't be to complicated to fix since you guys don't seem to have this issue with 

other sports league.

Can we fix this so the fix is permanent please.

Unfortunately, we are not able to display odds from every single book for CFL. If there are any prominent ones missing other than pinnacle, please let us know and we can investigate. 

Where did the Pinnacle lines go? The drop down menu doesn't have Pinnacle as an option

 If you are located in Canada, pinnacle will show at the bottom of the dropdown when looking at Line Moves.

 First can we move up the Pinnacle lines so they show up as soon as you open that page. Second I'm not even sure if it's picking up Pinnacle lines properly as when I compare covers line to Pinnacle lines throughout the day they are completely different. Third, for NFL and NCAa football pinnacle is not on the drop down menu. This all started when it was dropped down on the menu list a few days ago because I looked at the NFL lines a couple of weeks ago and they were there, now nothing

I will see if we can get the Pinnacle lines as the first thing you see(when available). I will also see about getting them added back into the NFL and NCAAF drop down menu's.

Thanks. Once again in the CFL Pinnacle is not on the drop down menu. Can we also get that fixed as soon as possible please. 

Can you guys look into if you are pulling the actual lines from Pinnacle? When I check the live lines compared to here the numbers are really different and if these numbers aren't correct then chances are good the opening lines are not correct 

Can I get a response from someone about my last 2 posts. You guys are costing people money if they don't read this thread and trusting that your Pinnacle numbers are correct. The idea of a site like this is to give accurate information to help people make money not lose money.

This looks like the day you guys dropped Pinnacle to the bottom of the drop down it started pulling wrong lines for opening lines as well as lines throughout the day

May i ask why nobody is answering my questions and why this problem hasn't been fixed? All of a sudden this problem has popped up and again if someone hasn't read this thread then they could be losing money because of bad lines. Not sure if this is happening with other books

I will ask the team to verify the Pinnacle lines we are showing are accurate as well to get them showing in CFL.

 Flynn thanks but it's not just the CFL it's also MLB. As mentioned since pinnacle got moved to the bottom of the drop down menu the odds are mostly wrong. These are not pinnacle lines they are coming from a different book but definitely not pinnacle. Again not sure if this is happening with different book li es

I'm trying to figure out what has happened to this site. I have used Covers for over 25 years and in the good Ole days if there was an issue someone took care of it right away but also communicated what was happening. Now it takes weeks,  months and in the case of the CFL a year and it's still not solved. Why is no one dealing with is problem or truthfully communicating the issue

The team is aware of all the issues you mentioned above and are looking into it. Unfortunately I can not say when exactly a fix will be put in place for the incorrect lines and missing from NFL/ NCAAF drop down menus, but once they have a fix in place or information on this issue I will be sure to respond here.

Flynt, I appreciate you getting back to me but to be completely honest it is time you guys look at a different team. Let's take the CFL issue, I brought this up last football season so we are almost hitting a year and the lines are still completely off. In regards to MLB it has been I believe 3 weeks or so. This wasn't an issue at all until all of a sudden Pinnacle in the drop down menu got dropped to the bottom. When they were higher up and also were on the front page of the odds section there wasn't an issue but as soon as they got removed from there and dropped to the bottom of the drop down menu nothing is right. It almost looks like the lines are being made up or they are being pulled from another book. These issues should not take that long to resolve, especially since the CFL problem has been there for almost a friggen year now.
