Dear Covers members,

As you know, we've launched a new version of Contests and revamped our ever popular Consensus. This thread will act as the official help thread regarding any questions or issues you may have.

Here is what you need to know:

1. We are going to be bringing over the complete user records for Streak Survivor. Individual picks will not be able to be brought over given the enormous amount of data, but we can ensure all user records will remain intact.

2. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by all of the Consensus changes. We are gathering feedback and are going to make some changes to bring back the data users are requesting. This will include sorting options for RSI, links to pending picks for Community Leaders and the ability to view picks by the Top 10% among others.

3. We are aware that some Office Pools have been affected by the recent changes. When reporting your question/issue, please make sure to provide your office pool URL (web address).

Please note that we will continue to make improvements to address the feedback you provide and that we are working diligently to answer each and every question/issue that you may have. Your patience is much appreciated.

A couple questions for you..I have private pool running in the NBA..link below...question is we're not able to look at our completed picks from prior days..are we missing something here? we no longer have a "completed picks button" could you look into this please for us?

2nd question in regards to say the scores....say NCAA FB...you could have the scoreboard running to check your pending scores..but now with this Vegas type card when you make your picks the pending picks on the right side scores never update..you just see your card that you played...are we no longer having the scoreboard where the scores will update all the time or are we going to have to use the scoreboard below where I just typed this message?

Suggest that picks that were made shouldn't be faded out from the list.  People like to see the current line vs. the line they picked.

The design hasn't changed much. You may be seeing a technical glitch from earlier today which has since been corrected.

Suggestion from users 'BWS77' & 'blacksheep'.

All available picks for each day for Streak Survivor should be posted on the same page to pick from by date, rather than the new tabs.

We created a fix less than an hour ago, you are possibly still seeing the old version. Could you try once more please?

Past consensus data is still available via the Scores & Matchups pages. Simply use the calendar to go back to whatever date you'd like and then click the Consensus link on that particular game.

We will discuss adding this feature to the Consensus Home, but we are not sure when this would be available.

We've renamed this to 'Community Leaders', which is one of the options within Consensus.

You can view by all sports or by individual sports. For NFL specifically the direct URL is:

https://contests.covers.com/Consensus/CommunityLeaders/NFL

1. The 'Completed Picks' button missing is a known issue related to pools which hide pending picks. We are working on that now and it should be corrected soon. 

2. The scores are available next to your picks in Contests, however you must be in your Picks Profile for that particular Contest or Office Pool. So specifically your My Picks Profile URL for the NBA King of Covers would be:

But yes you can also use the 'Following' function below in the scores ticker to track your games.

Unfortunately yes. It is a known issue when trying to select a Monday start date prior to today. We are working diligently to get that fixed knowing the NCAAB starts this Friday. Currently you can start a pool next Monday, but we understand that would skip some games.

We will post a follow up reply with this message quoted once we hear back more.

Update: It's being fixed as we speak, however there is a work around if you need to create your pool immediately. 

Simply choose your 'Join Date' and 'Start Date' to both be November 9th, 2015

We are working to add the 'Search' and 'Pending Picks' features that are available in the King of Covers leaderboards to the Community Leaders page as well. Stay tuned on that.

1.  Weekly Leaderboard for NFL Week ending 11/10 is incomplete.  When I viewed it on Sunday 11/8 after the 1pm kickoff there were 90 players listed on the weekly leaderboard with pending and / or completed picks.  Now it shows 83.  What gives?

You guys tried to do that about 8-10 years ago and the uprising was very entertaining.  Wondering why it was brought back.  I doubt a majority of your users here only make picks on 1 sport.

Is it possible to get:

Both teams listed with away on one side and home on the other?  I used this page as my initial look at the board.  No times no opponents and games from multiple days.  I'm skimming the # of picks to see which games are today bc no time or opponent is listed.  Teams on b2b road games will be on the list twice.

Is the history just gone?  I'm looking back all the time for comparison games I can't believe the only way to get consensus data from last Sunday's NFL is to click on the consensus from the scoreboard page for each individual game.  I like going back to see what were the most unpopular home dogs of the year etc...
