Need help

I keep getting these pop up spam that interrupts me even being able to read or post on here. it happens within 4-5 minutes everytime I come on here. what can I do to get rid of it? yesterday I went to submit a reply and instead I clicked on spam and ever since then I get kicked off the site with spam every few minutes. what can I do to get rid of this?
