I wrote a thread two months ago when I was trying to access old boxscores/matchups from previous seasons for NBA/NHL/MLB. Looks like you guys fixed that problem (thanks for that) , but I noticed some additional issues.
I need the Matchups Stats Analysis (and the associated game Boxscore) for previous seasons. Here is what I would do. The link for the last game played in the 2017-2018 NBA season is:
https://www.covers.com/sport/basketball/nba/boxscore/24313
To get the associated Matchup Stats Analysis, I just change the word "boxscore" to "matchup" and you get:
https://www.covers.com/sport/basketball/nba/matchup/24313
This Matchup links works fine for 2017-2018 (and after). If you Click on the previous link and Scroll down the webpage, you will see the Matchup Stats Analysis (for Overall, HomeAway etc.) are near the bottom of the page.
So the Matchup Stats Analysis is available (and working) for NBA/NHL after (and including) the 2017-2018 season, and for MLB after (and including) the 2018 season.
The Problem:
The Matchup Stats Analysis is BLANK for the seasons previous to the ones I just mentioned. There is a Matchup link but it does it does not contain data. Here is an example:
https://www.covers.com/sport/basketball/nba/boxscore/49818 (last game of 2016-2017 season). The Boxscore is fine, but the Matchup Stats Analysis is BLANK. Scroll down to the bottom of the following link will demonstrate this:
https://www.covers.com/sport/basketball/nba/matchup/49818. You can clearly see there are no Matchup Stats Analysis. The TITLES are listed (Overall, HomeAway etc.) but no MATCHUP stats. The ODDS ANALYSIS is also BLANK.
Can you guys please fix this? This is just publicly available Boxscore/Matchup data which most companies provide (e.g. USA Today, MLB.com etc).
