Is the issue with the pending & completed picks in Private Office Pools being fixed?

Wondering what's going on with the pending & completed picks in the private office pools? we still can't look at our pending or completed picks nor does the scoreboard ever update when we have pending picks during the games...people are complaining to me & I have no answer for them...any help would be great..thanks Green 

0-0 pending but it's already 26-26 mid way through the first half..can someone please look into this for me...it's saying score 0-0 & status as 0 in the "My Profile Picks"
