Hey Covers..why are my games pending in the MLB preseason contest for today?

Hey Covers...why are my MLB picks for today pending in the preseason contest that ended yesterday?? I finished 4th & now ranked 5th from 2 picks I've made from today..what's going On??

Can someone please look into this for me please

Hello,

If you look at the MLB Regular Season full leaderboard, and search your name you will see it is correct, you are 1-1 as of this writing in the regular season.

If you look at the preseason leaderboard you are in 4th where you should be.

If you click preseason MLB contest & my name is 4th in the standings..but click on "view" where my profile is & it's saying I'm now in 5th & I have pending picks  in the preseason pool..

I followed your steps, and I see you are 4th, with only pending picks for the remaining games today.

I can email you a screenshot if you like. Our system has everything correct, so the good news is you don't need to worry about messing up your record.

Which browser do you user?

Desktop or Mobile?

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies?

Hey...

I just cleared my cookies & browser cache & this is what I'm seeing in the MLB preseason pool now...it's weird...when I click on the contest...& then click on "view" I'm seeing this now

It looks like it's combining the preseason MLB stats with the regular season stats now...that's what I'm trying to get at...

because if you add my +2175 units from today & add it to my preseason stats it equals the +18555 that's showing there...

When I click on King Of Covers MLB contest & I look at the Overall Standings my picks are correct...but when I click on the at the top that says " My Picks Profile"  this is what is coming up...so something is off...

Has anyone figured this out yet? are they combining the preseason record with the regular season record since I'm still seeing this today when I click on "My Picks Profile" in the MLB King Of Covers Contest"

Hey,

Yes, your Picks Profile will show your complete MLB record including preseason.

If you go to the Overall Leaderboard, it will show your record for only the current regular season contest.
