Hey Covers..where's the "log in/log out button"?

Hey Covers...I'm trying to log in/or out & the button is missing in the top right hand corner..all there is is the search button/magnify glass..can someone look into this please? I've tried Control/F5 & that's done nothing...I'm using Google Chrome...
