Hello,

The Participation Meter bar located with your posts indicates how active you have been in the forum over the past 30 days. The busier you are - the more green bars you obtain. Posts submitted within the penalty box forum do not count towards your meter level.

While you have not posted frequently in the past month, you have still been active and thus are showing two green bars on your participation meter.
