Good Morning- Entire Message Missing

Question

HOG WILDS 2017 PUCK DROP TRIBUTE .........

Hello- I had an entire message that encompassed the entire NHL Forum that just disappeared. the highlighted line in red is all thats left.

I wrote up most of it last night and was going to finish this morning. I didn't shut down laptop, nor delete anything.

it wasn't of great importance, but I spent quite some time putting together it. Is there any way to retrieve ?
