does the Contact Us on the bottom of the Cover page still work?

get the "Thank you for contacting Covers" auto-response BUT never get get a response from an actual Covers-Team member as to any action taken or if not, why?

Hello,

The Contact Us feature still works. Reporting touts/spam can also be done in the help forum.
