box me if you want to but look at the forum, its all multiple posts, its been like that all day on a saturday, the peak sports day of course, can u imagine this happening in any other main forum on a weekend day.
Moderators clearly don't care about the forum, the inaction is astounding, I've never understood why, guess covers is ok losing a lot of posters, lurkers and a lot of advertisers as well then.

Bollox ... not to mention the fact that as of today, the renegade is dredging up and reposting hurtful info re people... It's a shame.
I think that the mods do respond ... however, this would seem to boil down to (a) a loser with some computer skills up against (b) covers who traditionally never had to respond to garbage like this. Reactionary only versus proactive. Frankly I empathize with the mods .
. there's probably some 'catch up' that has to be done in order to develop a plan to deal with guys like this.
I'd encourage the mods to research Sam Jack Jorden as a starting point on Facebook

Complaining to Covers is not going to resolve the issues, we are clearly aware of the issues. The forums are a FREE service, you guys act like you paying money for this, which would give you a right to be upset, but your not.

I respectfully disagree. I think complaints are justified for repeat offenses by the same person. Everyone knows the forums are a free service and nobody is questioning that, however, advertisers pay Covers because of the high traffic and if people decide to go to other websites because the same problems persist, then advertisers may do the same. Everyone knows you're doing your best but I think some people think your best isn't good enough.

1. This is an old thread to Covers Help that got bumped by this azzhole this morning.
2. CoFred, it has been explained to us a while ago that there are presumably innocent Covers users on the same IP address as this troll, so they can't block it without penalizing the innocent users as well.
If it was me, I'd block it anyway and contact the other users via email and have them sign up in an other location or something. Obviously this deranged loser is not stopping.

Wrong attitude to take dude. You make money off of page hits and advertising, so don't act like you are doing us a service. I hope whoever was behind the CT ID this day was fired.
I personally don't agree, you guys only see what is published in the forums, if you were to read some of the email we receive, full of personal attacks, and slander towards Covers, some from our 'top' users you would understand.
Not to take anything away from the forums, but we only have so many resources, our mods work very hard, and do a great job of keeping the site clean, but you guys act like there is just a magic button we can push to make this user go away.
This particular user has given us problems, and you all know that. I know this because its the same people filling the covers help forum with complaints. We've explained this user is problem in the past, and yet every time he appears, you guys jump the gun and start bashing covers as a site.
