I'm getting this frequently-like once every three minutes on a bad day to once every five minutes on a good day. My page freezes. I do the refresh, then the message appears and "windows is looking into the problem". Then I get the dreaded refresh and freeze minutes later. It's getting worse as the hours go by. I downloaded Ad Blocker which LeRinkRat suggested. He stated it helped him with IE. But, nothing seems to work.

Hello,

Have you tried running Covers.com on a different browser? Sometime IE gives us trouble, we recommend Chrome or Firefox for the best results.

Re-downloaded the ad blocker and it seems to have remedied the situation.

Dam shame that Covers cant fix this problem.. Chrome sucks also.. Site is unusable for many... Love Covers but must bid adios. gl...... need a better tech guy

hate to be a broken record, guys, BUT I was having ALL kinds of problems with Covers (and still do occasionally) BUT the combination of using the Mozilla Firefox browser with Adblock Plus (BOTH free downloads), as recommended by Covers-Team to me, has solved 90% of them

I downloaded Firefox and AdBlocker. it was OK but my history is on IE. At the present time, as usual, the site is running smoothly ON IE! It seems to always FIX ITSELF! So for now, the site is running like it should. I can do everything I was able to do since I first came here in '92.

I use Chrome and have problems with it doing this almost every day

its all these ads slowing and damaging our computers! I dont think it matters one bit what browser youre using.They know it, but there isnt anything that theyre going to do about it. ads = $$...its either that or they have the worst IT department on the planet...and i dont think thats it.
