Covers website not loading on my phone

When I try to open up covers.com on my phone it has the covers "C" logo and it just keeps loading and never opens. Have you heard anyone else having this problem?

We have not received any other reports of this. What type of mobile device are you using and which internet browser?

It's a windows phone lumia 1020 and uses internet explorer webbrowser.

There can be some compatibility issues with Internet Explorer. Are you able to try using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to see if the page loads for you?

I tried it on UC Browser as well and it's the same thing where it just keeps loading. I can't use firefox or chrome as they're not available on windowsphone.

It was working normally until the new update.

Are you using wifi or data?

I tried it on both wifi and data and neither worked

That is strange. Can you try downloading the Covers app to see if that loads up?
