I checked that thread, there was some minor trolling but not enough to merit a ban...as for paying attention, we will strive to do better for you in the future, we have a very limited amount of customer service agents so it's difficult to get to every single troll. We have to service Covers experts users as well, so most forum moderation is left up to the forum moderators.
