Overall the Forums are here to help each other with making bets. I don't see how providing picks from other people not on the site is affecting you or others; as long as he is not selling or promoting a service.
If I'm missing the reasoning behind your request please let me know.

Well, my guess is college gambler was banned for a reason, TheGoldenGoose has been directing traffic to rx forum for months now and I would have thought copying and pasting threads from a direct competitor onto Covers would have been a no no. The only aim for doing so is to steer people that way.
College gambler's plays are not helping anyone at any rate, the guy is a disgrace as a human being and sucks at betting.
But you be the judge of it all.
BTW, there's a thread in the Penalty Box offering counterfeit passports and currency, it has phone nr and email address. It's been there for days, I don't get that one either.
