Why am I being singled out

This account, Survivor picks, I don't see I can pick of the Edmonton vs. Minnesota on the money line or Over/Under

But I changed browsers signed in on my old account, and I can pick the Over/Under pick, Covers Algorithm singles you out whereas you cannot make that pick but someone else can.
