WHERE IS MY HAT???

I recieved the email from Covers on 09/30/09, I confirmed it the next day, have notified Covers 4 times, last 2 times rec NO REPLY!!!

The address is correct as i have recieved a hat and 2 Play Stations over the past 5 years.

Hurry up as my wife took my 1st Wagerline Hat and wears it when she goes to the gym, sooo my head is COLD!!!

Any help???
