What is wrong with the Philly/Detroit O/U Consensus Numbers?

It's showing 57% on the Under (827 selections) when the majority of the individual O/U numbers (45/45.5/46) show an Over (942 total selections).

Doesn't exactly make looking at these statistics worthwhile, better to just not show them or say that they're "down" when the numbers don't add up ??
