wagerline...how does this work?

just wondering what wagerline does for weekly leader contest if 2 people ties......it happened for the week ending 7/05/09.....and yes i was tied for first but got no email notification and wagerline listed the other guy as the weekly leader..so if we tie shouldnt we just split the win since neither won or lost?

For weekly contest standings, when members are tied - the tie breaker system is as follows: (1) most wins for the week (2) member who got their first pick of the week in the earliest (time stamp).
