Question Regarding Mobile Apps

Are the Office Pool and the King of Covers Contests "user friendly" on a phone app? Is there any specific one to download for such purposes?

I ask because I'm a PC user, but many of my usual pool players use phones. In other words, I'm not real bright when it comes  to phone apps, lol.

I didn't see a place for technical questions. Just this one "Help" forum. I really simply want to know if the office pool I wish to create here would work well on a phone.
