Need help collecting my prize

Dear Sirs,
 
I finished second in the HBA season contest(500.00). I received a confirmation e-mail on April 17th and responded to it shortly thereafter. I have not heard anything and my e-mails are not being returned.
 
Please update me on the status of my prize.
