OK, this is a little embarrassing. I have won 3 prizes recently. Here is the status of each.
1. Streak of 9
I received the email on Apr 21 and replied today.
2. March Monthly NBA winner
I replied to the email and was told the following.
The gift card will be sent out near the week of April 20th, please be sure to check your junk/spam folder.
I have not received that, but it is not late since we are still in the week around April 20.
3. NBA Overall winner
I have not received an email for this.
I have checked my spam.
