How are points determinred?

For an example; I had one bet Thursday's NBA game 3/26, only game scheduled, I lost and yet I lost 613 points!  It doesn't balance out. What happened?

Hello,

If you are refering to the league contests, I see you picked Indiana +1.5 vs the Bucks, You wagered 500 units and from what I can see had only lost -550. 

Where are you experiencing this issue?
