Help with Claiming Monthly Streak and 2nd Chance Survivor

 talking about Monthly? You can back and select January and it shows the monthly leaderboard

Looks like you tied for 1st... not sure if you split $1000 or both get $1000 each, I was just wondering that myself...

You and dsap19 both went 23-8

Last 2 times it tied was July 2023 and Sept 2022...That doesn't happen often

The registered Entrant to accumulate the most wins each month will receive $1000. If multiple Entrants are tied in wins at the end of a month, the following tie breaker will determine the winner: (1) Win percentage for month calculated as follows <win %=(wins + 0.5 * ties) / total picks> (2) Most Survivor wins total in Entrant’s history (3) Entrant who submitted their first selection of the month the earliest (time stamp).

There is a dropdown at the top of the monthly leaderboard that you can toggle to go back to previous.  Otherwise the page will show the current month when you click the monthly leaderboard link. It's the 1st of February, so nothing on Feb's board yet.

You should be contacted soon.  For the last win, have you contacted support?  You can do that by email support@coversmedia.com - include dates and contest won.

 I have never seen a drop-down toggle button on the leaderboard. But maybe it will show up tomorrow

I see you replied that you are using a phone, so I just checked on mine, and you're right, the toggle isn't there.  I'll talk to the product team and ask whether that should be there on mobile or not.  You can check on a desktop and view past leaderboards there in the meantime, or I'm happy to get you the link to whatever month/year you need. (Thanks @MADISONBERRY for providing January's link above :) ). 

I can almost guarantee that you were contacted, however, things can happen, and perhaps it was missed or went to a junk/spam folder.  Flynt will be looking into that for you, but in the meantime, keep an eye out for an email from us and Chalkline -> freeplay@covers.com <- search in your junk/spam folders as well.  You can type from:Covers or from:freeplay@covers in the search bar (make sure you are searching All Folders).  I can assure you there's nothing we want more than for you and any other winners to receive their prizes.

 Regarding the filter menu on mobile - unfortunately that is not available on mobile.  So if you would like to see full results and be able filter your monthly view and/or look up specific users on the leaderboards, you'll want use your PC or laptop.
