Can’t make pick for second chance survivor pool

Hello, I can’t make a pick for my second chance survival pool because it says that this game has already started and I can’t find my username in the second chance survival pool leaderboard. I won last week because I got a confirmation of my win in my email when I picked the lions last week for my second chance survival pool pick.

I'm having the same problem.  My pick was Denver and it was a win, but I am locked out from making a pick in week 4.  I'm also not listed in the standings so I think the system believes I lost.

When I go to the contest page it states:  This game has already started.  Notify me when the next one starts.

I have no way of picking, and yet I see that many others have already made there picks.

I'll get someone on this for you guys.
