Can someone please tell me who to contact Re: contest winnings and a check never received.

Can someone please advise who it is I need to contact with regards to winnings from a check that was already supposed to be mailed to me? I have not received any kind of confirmation aside of the congratulations e-mail asking me to verify my address. I verified my address and it has now been a few weeks and I still have not heard anything.
