Hey,
The e-mail you received notes that the account will be credited within 10 Business Days. There are a lot of winners, and it takes a lot of time to coordinate all the free plays between our Contest Department and DSI.
I got the Contest guys to check for your e-mail. It was received and the account will be credited very soon.

I just recieved an e-mail from Diamond and they're telling me your account was pre-existant. As per the rules, only new accounts are eligable for this prize. Pre-existing accounts are not eligible. See the quote below from the e-mail that gets sent out:
"As per the contest rules (https://contests.covers.com/SportsContests/Survivor/rules.aspx) you only qualify for this $25 Free Play prize if you do not already have a Diamond Sportsbook account. As such, Streak of 7 contest winners will only be able to claim the $25 Free Play once, even if they reach a Streak of 7 multiple times."
Sorry for any misunderstanding or confusion in this matter.

Rizz, I'm posting here since you seem to read this thread. I received and complied with the email for the Streak Survivor contest back in November and have yet to receive either the prize, an acknowledgment, or an explanation. Several follow-up emails have likewise been ignored. Could you have someone look into this?
