Looks like I have the chance to make a lot of the WVU backers a lot of money in this one...I have been having some type of bad mojo with this USF team whenever I wager on their games. Was looking to stay away from this game but starting the week at 0-2 made me look at this one for I guess more punishment.
I actually see a closer game in this one with USF pulling this one out for some reason. I think the USF defense steps up in this one at home along with their young QB Daniels.

You guys have some square picks w/ taking WVU. USF/Undr for me. This game reminds me of the thursday night game 2 yrs ago when WVU had Pat White/Slayton and were 9 pt favs, then lost outright. Like history to repeat tonight.

SOFLA, in the first five games played all teams with losing records, and beat them all...Wofford terriers, and Charleston Southern are not teams with any type of competitiveness either.....Syracuse sucks, FSU is off, and W Kentucky BLOWS.......their last two games they played solid teams and got handled...Freshman QB is not that good againsts equal or greater talant.......SOFLA has not beat a team this year with a winning record.
WV played a somewhat of a harder schedule...only loss coming @ Auburn, which was a close game all they way until about 3 and half minutes left in the game to lose by 11....WV has beaten 3 teams with a winning record this year.
I like WV -3 or -4.......anything higher I may switch. WV hasnt covered well with high spreads or as heavy fav's, but this is small points to cover and they should RUN all over SOFLA tonight.

God, I hate siding with the public. But I look at South Florida and the wheels are coming off the bus. The only reason the line is only three is the S Fla teams of the past few years. No trap this week...

Common opponent to look at is syracuse. I'm not saying base your decision on this just interesting. WV outplayed syr in all 3 major categories. Syr outplayed SFlo only losing because of 7 turnovers. WV-3.

But the reason I like USF in this one is due to USF coming off consecutive losses from Cincy & Pitt and now facing WVU at home. IMHO those were 2 tough games for Daniels but those games gave Daniels the experience needed for a big game such as this tonight.
Selvie and Co. on defense has been weak against the run this season and Devine will prove challenging for that defense. I just feel the Wizard of Oz effect "there's no place like home" will help USF step up on defense tonight.
WVU has one of the best run defense but I feel with the 3 different USF backs and their different styles they have in the running game they should be able to keep the WVU defense on their toes tonight.
USF needs to get disciplined and quit commiting so much freaking penalties to hurt them.
Well tha't what I feel and think about this game...I also have trends that favor both sides tonight but I'm still at work so i don't have too much time to list them all...
