Rivalry game here it hard to get your players up for a big game  2 weeks in a row which Penn st has to do here like the owls in this spot.

Well yes both teams are from PA but far from rivals.  I don't know what records are but its been very long time that Temple has beaten PSU.  Now on covering the might be able to cover on the backside.

not even sure that temple is the best ncaa team in philly, been improving but state should roll em by 20

Owls recruited well under former HC Golden, but Joe Paterno still holds most of the cards. Owls stepping way up in class after dominating Villanova and Akron, while Nittany Lion offense should find the rebuilding Temple defense much easier to operate against after being hog-tied by ‘Bama last week. Penn State star LB Mauti & his crew definitely capable of keeping Owl ace RB Pierce from controlling matters.
