The thingthat worries me about the under is that usually wet weather for a running team is good. The rbs know where they are going as the D has the make last second adjustments. This usually means the D will have a hard time keeping there footing. Leaning GT for this reason.

An outright win wouldn't surprise me here. Keeping Thomas in check will be a major concern for the Jackets. If this happens who knows, maybe they exit Blacksburg with a "w".

gotta like the Hokies here..home opener..blacksburg,virginia...lane stadium will be rocking tonight..night game..all adding up to what could be a mess of trouble for run oriented offense for jackets..va tech might of lost a couple offensive guys...but i think, an experienced hyped up qb could offset that imbalance; also va techs d is very strong and stout and always is top 10 material...with that being said and Beamer ready to get going...vt27 gt17T glta!...pirate...

All this talk about Home Field & the Weather ,  I watched  the Mich / Bama gm the other night being played in Dallas stadiun. Mike Tirico telling me the G Tech / V Tech gm will be played there in Dallas  Monday night & they showed the advertising banner posters of these 2 teams on the side of the field ..

weather in blacksb,g via intellacast, has light wind and a good bit of rain moving south to north heading into blacksb;g... At least 1st half will be wet.
