kudos to   FIU for making it to there first bowl game and winning a share of the sunbelt title..back perry is a workhorse  and qb westly carrol is a miss st. transfer.....he is a good qb with no running abilty.. ..receiver hilton is super fast and will give toledo;s D some trouble..i know FIU is pumped and happy to be here but think they really wanted the new orleans bowl more.. so in a almost pick-em game compelled to take the rockets with there no huddle O,, plus the backup qb has been playing better than the starter did,,,look for back thomas and receiver and special teams ace eric page to have big nights also,,,..it;s hard to take a MAC SCHOOL after what troy did to ohio...a 48-21 beatdown ,, but toledo has to travel only 65 miles,, about a hour,, and 90 percent of the fans will be pulling for the rockets and i know the fans want be playing but it always helps to have some home COOKING,,,if you know what i mean,,not saying the REFS will help toledo ,, just would rather trust the rockets to tally the deciding points ...TOLEDO 30-  27......GL HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND HOPE EVERY ONE HAS A HAPPY NEW YEAR..............

As mentioned before.....this is my pet peeve.  Playing "home field advantage" into these meaningless MAC bowl games.

90% of a capacity 7,500 hundred crowd, is about as noisy as a Thursday at a local library.

That being said, Toledo is the better team here.....they won't need that "crowd motivation"

Like the speed aspect here. Concerned that this is FI's first bowl game ever & the Toledo Mudd Hens bowl record, but like the talk for FI.

 meaningless bowl games .. ask the players from both of these schools how meaningless this game is to them..this is the first bowl game that FIU has ever played in and the first for the rockets since 2005..both teams are pumped to be in it,,they get to tour the town and go to special events plus they receive very nice gifts,,so i would not say that this game is not a big game for these schools ,, plus the 15 extra practices they get goes a long way toward helping for next season,,,if FIU WINS it helps where there ranking will be in the sunbelt same for the rockets...GL.....

I've won a good amount on FIU this season but they really covered in dawg situations. Not sure I love them in a short favorite role. More research.

Tough game to cap especially when you are tired or well hungover...was still out cold while the Pats won me some cash today.

Funny line movement on this game. I'd have to guess it is because the Toledo QB is out as wackycracker said above. Increased my FIU bet, buddy who is an excellent capper is going large on tonight's game, he rarely does that.

Toledo has a freshman QB in who has played the last four games very well but against very bad MAC teams. Still. like FIU
