Week 0 - record is 1-3 - only highlight was Memphis - once again between 0-1 gotta becareful as we are using lst year numbers unless both teams have played a game (sjost/Emich) in week 0. Let's look at some numbers:
Ntex 1 77 44 85
-40.5 Ind. 11 4 1 10
Ind. opened at -40.5 (madduxsports.com) currently the same and -40 at some places. Using last year numbers - Ntx had the #1 rated off while Ind. was 11; Indy def was 4 vs 77; Sagarin rank 1 vs 44 and sched strength 10 vs 85. With this scenario - don't have a lot of identical spreads and scenarios as we don't see a lot of lines opening at -40.5 - however, Oklahome did it yesterday - different scenario than this game. When I look deeper into the numbers with this pattern and what the numbers say - take Indy. I know - #1 rated off. they possibly can do something - I don't think so.
Got a late start today - Still going thru things but so far my plays -as always good luck all:
1. Ind. - 40.5
2. Ohio + 24.5
