I would have agreed with you a couple years ago. But now that Texas isn't even the best team in the state, and won't be as long as briles stays at baylor, i don't think it is. It may be better than some but UT doesn't want the coaches from those places, ie JAX.
Just because they can offer 10 mil a year doesn't make them a better job, at least imo. The nfl guys they mention have some pride about getting to the point they're at in their coaching career. And taking the UT job to them would be a regression

*most schools have a similar system...but not like Texas
Mack even hired buses ($400-500/day)......to drive players from the dressing room to the practice fields.....so they won't have to make the LONG walk > 2 blocks or so........

Hmmmmmm.Never thought about him!!!!.....And look at that revenue the Longhorns generate....Thanks for that info....Hell, they can hire the Pope if they want!!!....Thought the Irish would be there with their mass following, tv revenue, huge fan base across the country etc....Good to know, and NOT surprised at Ohio St...
