 - shoudln't we take a closer look at that game.

Pitt could barely squeeze by FCS YSU. I didn't recorded the Penn State game ( yea I know they were playing cupcake game against Akron) but IMO Penn state is not to be reckoned with this season.

They lost James Connor and Nathan Petterman.

Pitt is not the same team it was a year ago.They lost James Connor and Nathan Petterman. They only return 6 offesnsive starters ( New QB) and 5 of the defense. They have Grad transfer QB Max Browne running the show. And he couldn't get done at USC I don't see much success coming his was at Pitt.

The Line opened up @ -19 and is at -21. 

Sagarin: 47-38 ( Penn State)

Massey: 42-35 ( Penn State)

I think Penn State is the superior team, couple points difference. But BA do you really think Pitt can keep up with Penn State in this one ??????????

NCST looks pretty good this week imo... NCST outgained south Carolina by over 200 yards, and their opponent Marshall was outgained by 150 yards by Miami OH... Marshall won by 5 but had 2 kick returns for TD's and a 72 yard Pick 6... NCST did allow Deebo Samuel to take a kick back, but if their ST can get it together, i think NCST will have a bounce back week.  Wouldve been nice to get the opening line at -22

what website posts these odds on Sunday? 5dimes? or something else? 

Really like Kansas as well.

Could not believe Central MICH had their hands full  with Rhode Island - a 2-9 FCS team............Last season Kansas handled Rhode Island by 50.......

It takes balls to to take Texas laying 20+ after they lost to Maryland at football.

Any quick thoughts on TCU / ARK? I am surprised to see TCU favored on the road here

 i think there will be a hangover for UCLA this week......doubt they will have full effort here (MEM next) and for hawaii (program on the rise?) this is a marquee game....chance to make a name for themselves against a big program.........with just a bye next. i expect haw to hang within the number but is the better bet 1H Haw+14 or full game +23.5? i would think a better shot at catching them asleep 1H but would love your opinion.......is this the type of game where they are asleep 1H and wake up for 2H half or is it a 'we're ahead and we've lost interest/steam' game and HAW back doors them? 

IF..... I only had the time......I would take both of you 2 knuckleheads to the handicapping woodshed.....maybe have you go get the switch yourself.......old school style......................

My one unit plays are essentially:

 * TEAMS I like.....that are in a preferred SPOT......and provide VALUE too....with a few exceptions >>.value is arguably not there with Sparty....I think it should be higher...but 7 is reasonable

Smaller plays are often simple value picks (like those mentioned)....or lacking in one or two of the above

AND....to be honest.....those early BetOnline numbers are like a Black Friday shopping kung fu frenzy.....just throwing shiit into your cart......sometimes when you check out.....you go aw man I didn't want THAT crap wtf..........
