Sometimes they give you a nice history lesson, too. Wrote some great stuff about Clemson-Georgia last year, I believe.
Started buying the Gold Sheet in the '90s at that newsstand on Main Street next to Neiman's. Was still buying it at Parkit Market up until last year. Bring it home Tuesday at 4:30, sit by the pool in the glorious Dallas fall weather, and read the Gold Sheet.
Sidenote: after selling kegs to SMU students for decades, the Parkit Market family now has an OL at SMU -- the starting right guard Jacob Todora.
