of the contenders I think Bama would be the best draw for Clemson. Why? They are very one dimensional. Other teams such as Ohio st.....you have to account for multiple threats.   

I think if Clemson and Bama played today... I got Clemson 41 - Bama 24

Fact is Arkansas is more than a junk team. Not great by all means but they surely aren't junk. We will just have to disagree on that one. 

I would think that a Clemson/Alabama matchup would be much lower scoring than 41-24. I could see a 30-21 type game with Clemson winning. 

If Notre Dame loses to Stanford and Ohio St. slips up then things will get really interesting.

But they were just playing their C game and just going through the motions. You know Clemson being the powerhouse that they have been for the past decade can just turn it on and bury anybody whenever they feel like it. They finally get a shot to just win the acc and boom acts like they in the playoff hunt year in and year out. He is the biggest f'kn clown on this board.

Man. I love me some college football, and so does Boom. The problem is, some people take things way to seriously/personally. When you talk about a football team or conference like they are your friend, you have problems. If you use the word "we" to describe the school you root for the most....ya got issues. If you think for one second that the SEC would dominate all other conferences....ya better wake up. This isnt 2010 anymore. Is the SEC an amazing conference? Hell yes! The best? Perhaps. However, if your feelings get hurt because someone thinks you are wrong....maybe you are.

Not sure why some of you guys see things in black/white. This is college football and a gambling forum. The gray area IS WHAT MAKES COLLEGE FOOTBALL SO GREAT. Theres a reason they play all the games....ya just never know.

Train there is a big difference. You are a respected capper here. You poke fun at other conferences and you can tell your being sarcastic. Which is all fun. Boom on the other hand makes himself look silly. To call as many good teams crap as he has this year is absurd. He truly hates or is afraid of the sec. I can admit that Clemson is good and deserving to be number one but I also think they play a very weak schedule and would have 1-2 loses playing bama or any other sec west schedule. It's just stupid to bash anyone that has a different opinion than his.

Oh and if boom thinks bama is so awful and has so much trouble with spread offenses with athletic qbs. Why didn't he jump all over 8 point home dog ms state with their stud qb dak Prescott. It's because he knows bama is really good and his biased heart won't let him show it.

I do not know who would win between Clemson and Alabama, but I am sure Clemson would be the underdog, even at home.

Lol, naw puss.. I just like arguing with Boom, but he's afraid to address  me.. Why? Fuuk if I know? I'm just a peon, right? OREGON,NORTH CAROLINA,WASHINGTON STATE  & ARKANSAS  are much BETTER and COMPLETELY different Squads than they were to start the season.
