However I do feel that if you are representing one of the service academies you can't lose control of your emotions like that on national tv. I think that you can bawl your eyes out if it's South Carolina vs. Clemson or Ohio State vs. Michigan but not The U.S. Military Academy vs. The U.S. Naval Academy. I know that plenty of people will disagree but if your Steelman you gotta' hold it together long enough to get off of the field and then you can let loose in the privacy of your locker room. I was also dissappointed that more players/cadets didn't come over to Trent and let him know that it was all for one and one for all and that there were no one individual responsible for the heart breaking loss. They win together and they lose together.

c) If Steelman were my brother or son I'd be very proud of him tonight.
d) If I saw Steelman tomorrow at a bar, I'd buy him a drink and tell him how much I admired his gritty performance.
e) As the QB of the U.S. Military Academy he's got to be strong and carry himself off the playing field before he breaks down and loses control of his emotions for 10 solid minutes.

I doubt that there are very many posters on here that are more pro-military than me.
I own a small bussiness and always try to hire veterans whenever possible. When everyone else views Memorial Day as a three day weekend, I actually acknowledge what it is that we're celebrating and always fly the flag. In fact on COVERS during Memorial Day Weekend I use a picture of a fallen patriot from Virginia as my avatar. So save your accusations and insults for somebody else because I have supreme faith in our military and they in turn have my undying support.
