Saturdays sukk now that college football season has ended

Happens every year, it gets depressing on Saturdays when you are in the habit of watching College Football.sad Same kind of depression a person feels when they have to return to reality from a fun, relaxing vacation. 

SNITCHES end up being bitches, or end up with stitches, and in ditches! #REALITY

Not me , Bud . I use this time to go back and recap
the season , look at my losers and try to figure out
where I screwed up. Then I try to make sure I don't
make the same mistakes the next season.
Week 1 lines will start posting in about 4 months, or
so. I try to never waste an opportunity to get better
at capping CFB.

I hear ya Urban. 

relaxing vacation;
Few years back the wife and I would always take a winter vacation to Vegas escaping the long Michigan winters. Nothing funnier than sitting in McCarron Airport and watching the difference between those arriving and those about to head home! Those arriving were smiling and had a jump to their step, those heading home had their heads down, totally burned out. Most heading home were broke too, LOL.
And nothing worse than the return to your car in Mich.buried in snow and iced up in the long term parking lot! Really sukked!!
No more CFB right now not quite as bad, but close. 

Like Wise said, GOY's are about 4 months away if not sooner as I suspect Circa might try to be the first to release numbers, just a hunch.
Analyzing oneself is a must and I would also add analyzing those who were very successful like DAVIDN and incorporating that which should work.

I have never had the ability to do totals like David focuses on, wish I did, and it has not been because I have not tried.

What I see from him is great discipline and knowing when to pull the trigger, that is something that I hope I can improve on!

Can't imagine the self control he has to make 1 pick every single week. Maybe a 2nd on rare occasions... and then to hit that pick at a ridiculous percentage.

 

I ran about 54% this year which was profitable enough for me.

The key to profitability in Sports betting is to only
wager on props where you have a " Known " edge
vs the betting line. Where most fail at this is that
they lack the discipline to only wager on props
where an edge is present OR they lack the ability
to determine if an edge is present  on a potential
wager.
With practice and a sound self assessment of where
ones skills at this need improvement , BOTH
discipline and analytical skills can be improved , and
with that effort , so can profitability at this sport we
love.

That's what I use the offseason for.
