Once you understand the new clock rules, they can be wager savers.  The game does move faster.  The play clock at 40 second help end a game at the two minute warning.  Plus the out of bound, the clock starts once the ref place the ball.  I actually like the new clock rules

7 points left out there 1st half.  Taking the over 2nd half, the VT QB is going to take one to the house 2nd half.  Don't even consider taking either side 2nd half.  Side note: How can anyone take a side and the under???  It's betting against yourself because you want one side to run up the score.  Does anyone agree?

I believe if you bet for one side, you be the same during the 2nd half.  I see the over happen more often in the second half.  If do play the second half it would be VT +1

Would like to see more points in the second half.  I agree a lot more points could have been scored in the first half if not for turnovers.  UH OH Wind is a factor!  Not for VT if they are running the ball.  Lets Go Tyrod!!!!!!!
