Miami, could be better off w/o Harris, Morris, just lost out on the starting job, he won a couple of big ones last year with last min. heroics, including a 26-20 win over Maryland, he's also prone to throw it to the wrong jersey.  I'll give Maryland a defensive TD based on this. And then you have Danny O'Brien, who went 9 for 28 with 134 yds against Miami last year. On the other hand, Miami's D had like 18 INT's last year, so give them a Defensive TD also. Weather isn't as bad as talking heads are making it out to be, no wind (7-10mph) 40% chance of rain, it's raining now, so how do we play this, rain causes a mixed kick or a no kick, resulting in 0 points, or it gets a little sloppy and we get a TD out of the weather, no points for weather. Terps QB O'Brien is better than he showed last year and should come out looking for revenge and will move it down the field thru the air. Maryland has player suspensions also, resulting in freshmen running backs for the Terps, think they will pass to set up the run. Miami's O'line and D'line is still the same; big and strong, Terps return a good O'line and starters on both sides of the ball. Both new coaches so kinda even there, give the edge to the other coach from one of many "U"'s U as in U Conn. Line movement is basically home field 3 adjusted for suspensions at Miami. Biggest loss to either team is standout LB Sean Spence of Miami. All that said, I still like the Terps small, but really like the over, it's the ACC, not the SEC, so just my two cents:
