Louisiana Tech at Nevada Pick and Write up

Louisiana Tech +7 -125 for 1st Half at Nevada

 

There is a good game in NCAAF tonight. I have said it before and I will say it again,  I like this LA Tech team. LA Tech hung with Auburn in the 1st half 13-10 and just couldn't get the ball in the end zone in the second half after Auburn adjusted their defense. The Navy loss was a very close game (14-18) until Navy scored 2 unanswered TD's in the 4th Quarter.

Nevada finally got a win and their offense came alive in the second half of the UNLV game last week. I think that is the only reason the line is where it is right now. This LA Tech team should win this game, but I will only play them to cover the 1st half. Ever game they played in this year they were very tough in the 1st half. (I will confess to you it is very tempting for me not to lay a play on that ML +360)

I have said the same thing about this LA TECH team. I was really impressed with them against Auburn, Last week they showed they could stop a good offense like Hawaii. They only scored 6 points. That has to be thier lowest total in a long time. The Techsters can run the hell out of the ball with their two running backs. Nevada isn't exactly the best defensive team. I really am shocked that Nevada is favored by so much and that hardly anyone is backing Tech.  Lets get this win

Ping. My line dropped from -7 to -6.5. Should I stay away?

I would take it at (7) and pay extra juice but do not take it at (6.5)
My book also does not allow me to buy point for first half play

I know this is a different subject but I put down big bucks with my book on West Virginia-10 against Syracuse. I have that itch to bet on the -6 FIRST HALF. Why would it be so low? What do you think?

Jtbpbln,   If you can buy a point the I would but I would also take it at 6.5 if I didn't have any other options.

 

Fyugioh,    I had the 1st half Mizzu and won that one but lost the full game with the Mizzu melt down in the final mins.

If Noel Devine can keep on mowing down the yards it will open the pass for WV. I like this game to be close at half time but in the end WV wins by 2 scores. I would stay away from the 1st half play. Just my opinion.

Sorry guys, had I know LA Tech was going to play small ball and try to dominate the T.O.P. I wouldn't have made this wager. I see an adjustment in the second half and LA Tech trying to keep pace and outscore Nevada.
